EA for "Every Annual"

I will explain my title, Electronic Arts (Madden, Need For Speed, Splinter Cell, NBA LIVE) is a company that well, let's just say that they focus more in profits than in quality. You see EA publishes a new addition to each franchise every year. Now one could argue that there is never enough of a good think, but in reality EA games are not that good, NBA LIVE and Madden are the same crap every year, it's a fun game but I have yet to buy the '07 version of their games let alone the '08 version. Splinter Cell is alright but again after playing Pandora's Box and Essentials I feel that I have played them all. At least Need for Speed has the decency of trying something different, however, their last addition to their franchise, Pro Street was an epic fail. Bad drifting and glichtes have plagued the game. What frustrates me the most is that people actually fall for this crap, I have a friend, we shall call him Leo, he loves Need For Speed so much that he would buy feces if it had the need for speed logo in it. Hopelly the next entry into the franchise will somehow liven things up, maybe not. For racers right now I'm looking at Midnight Club 4 and Gran Turismo 5 to do that. And Leo, if you are reading this, please check the reviews before you go and buy a mediocre game on day one, just don't check Gamespot, they have biased reports and Microsoft owns a part of them so they always are bringing down the PS3 and the Wii, just google "Gamespot""Eidos" and "Kane and Linch" Later :-)
