The Playstion Network

Hey guys, what’s up, this my second post and I ave been telling people I know to check this blog out and get some regular readers. The Playstion Network is a topic I want to talk about today. The Playstion network is about one year and one month old and is doing alright considering it’s age however I don’t think Sony can use the youth of the network as an excuse to not have some of the things that Microsoft live has. Sony needs to use this youth and use it in a way that will make the much older Live service look like an expensive service, how is that possible? Simple, The Network is already free and the Playstation Store is starting to support the PSP, the Playstation Eye has not been left in the dust, almost every update has new ones, talking about updates… When is content going to arrive to the Store when said content is ready. The Xbox Marketplace gets demos and DLC quicker, even though The Store is catching up and received a demo before the Marketplace did, they still have some work to do. The good things are coming though, the Store has received both unique (Flow, Every Day Shooter) and Epic (Warhawk) but then there is the repetitive but fun titles like High Velocity Bowling and Pain that makes the Store unique. When Home comes out and the rumored classic PS2 Games are released the Marketplace will have a strong competitor. I hope this blog grows bigger by the week, oh by the way PSW magazine revealed that the Metal Gear Solid 4 demo will be coming to The Store next month. Later :-)
