So was this just a small tease that increases stereotypes or does it have a deeper meaning? Should Jim Sterling keep working on Destructoid, a website where people of different cultures visit? I can understand it might have been a joke but there other people who might not be as forgiving as I. Later :).

STERLINGITES UNITE
Honestly people, it's the friggin' internet, lighten the hell up.
If you are offended by the smallest little joke, you better just unplug yourself from society right now.
STERLINGSTRONG
RAWR!
Seriously? Sterling is the type to make an off-color joke and get a rise out of people. That is, in fact, his style. Many people don't like him, but that is it.
FYI, Neiro (the founder of D-toid and Jim's boss) is Hispanic. Some of his best friends/frequent collaborators/co-conspiritors at D-toid are of other races and ethnic backgrounds (Anthony Birch, Samit Sakar, Hamza Aziz, etc.).
I am not sure what the intention of the original author with the post? Was it to draw people to his blog with controversy? Does he have a grudge against Destructoid that he wants to hold up a strawman (which calling Sterling a racist, troll, pedophile, etc.) to pretend there is something there that isn't?
